In this city, when sensibilities cross paths

To place words just as they are, with their own warmth

Lately, reading everyone's notes has
become a part of my daily life before I knew it.



Scenery seen through someone else's perspective.
Events that occurred in someone's heart.


The time I get to share in that
enriches my daily life so much.


I sometimes
leave comments on your articles.


That is because
I want to leave the 'ripples' that occurred in my heart the moment I read them,
at the exact temperature they were.


Sometimes,
I am strongly drawn to
an unexpected sentence,
different from the core that the writer
holds dear.
(Even though it's a story about a grand journey, I might suddenly react strongly to a part about a UFO that appeared out of nowhere...!)


But that doesn't mean
I am taking the other parts lightly,


it is just my own way of 'receiving' it,
where my heart strongly resonated with that spot
at that moment.

However, when I re-read it later,

'Ah, they probably meant to write about something else entirely'
'I might have only picked up on that one part'
I sometimes feel a little sorry,

and later on by myself,
I go 'Oh no...'
and get all flustered. (Haha)

What you wanted to convey and
what I received.


There might be a slight gap
that arises there.


But,
'Oh, this person's heart was moved by that'
'This is how I felt'


I think that having different sensibilities cross paths like that
might be the interesting part
of a place like note.
Without meaning to,


I might lack the right words,
or react in a way that misses the mark.
But at the root of it all, there is always
gratitude and respect


for being able to touch your words.

If there is ever a comment of mine
that makes you think 'Huh?',
I would be happy if you could just laugh a little and let it slide,


thinking that it's just one of my little 'heart quirks'.
