A Light to Pass to the Next Generation [Drops of Words - Trial Reading] (7)

I was raised in a single-parent household.
We were by no means extremely poor, and I was supported because my grandmother was there for us.
However, there were many twists and turns before I became an adult, and I was always just trying to get by on my own.

From time to time, I would hear about children struggling to make ends meet, children who had to live apart from their parents even if they were still around, and children who were completely alone with no one to rely on...
Every time I learned of such situations, I always wanted to be someone who could tell them, "You are not alone."

Of course, I have cooperated with 24-hour television programs and local fundraising activities, but that alone did not satisfy the feelings within me.
"What can I do?" "How can I turn this into something tangible?"
I asked myself these questions, and days turned into years without finding any answers.
There were many dreams I couldn't realize, and there were times I felt anxious, wondering if it was impossible for me.

But opportunities don't come if you just wait for them.
When my heart was moved, the first thing I did was start live streaming.
Then, I encountered creative activities, and as I spun words together, a sense that "maybe I can do this" finally began to sprout.
Currently, I provide some care for my mother.
Of course, I also hope that my current creative activities and streaming will lead to building a foundation for my own life.
I have no intention of denying that.

That is now beginning to take the form of small support activities and donations for children.
However, it is not just for my own sake—
Through these activities, I want to "give shape to the light," and ensure that I can pass that light on to the next generation.

What I can do may be limited, but I want to continue building upon those small steps, one by one.💧
