Oh my! Oh my! Oh my goodness!!!
I actually won the Grand Prize at the Lilac Cup Everyone's Haiku Tournament!!!

I've poured all my emotions into this emoji, haha.

The finals were a close race the whole time.
I felt like my heart couldn't take it if I kept watching something like this (pardon the expression)...
It was a heart-pounding few days.
And then, an unexpected double win with Chizu-san!!! (Since the Izayoi Cup)
I really can't believe it...

Chizu-san, congratulations💐

Anyway, I am just so happy😭😭😭
I think if it were me from a little while ago, rather than just being happy, I would have felt more pessimistic, thinking things like, 'How could something like this win!'
But now, I've learned that such feelings are disrespectful to the people who said they liked this poem, and also disrespectful to myself.
So, I am honestly happy!
And I'll say congratulations to myself too! I'm going to say it!

This is the poem that won.

I'll say it again, my haiku don't have difficult words, and they don't follow proper haiku grammar.
They don't really come to me when I'm feeling positive; they emerge when I'm feeling painful or sad.
For me, that is definitely found in my daily life.
By turning negative emotions into haiku, I can sublimate them and heal myself.
That's what it is for me.
To everyone who taught me the joy of haiku, thank you.
I sincerely hope that this joy reaches many people.

That sentiment isn't just mine; such wonderful activities are already starting.

I have so many people to thank that I don't know who to convey it to.
To the crew, I don't even know which part to thank you for.
