Since I started note, my earnings are still zero. But I am truly glad I started. The path I have traveled through trial and error was by no means a waste.

Recently, I received a message asking if I had any results from my challenge. But I will be honest.


I haven't earned a single yen yet.

I haven't made this note a paid article either.
I haven't even received a single yen in support (tips) yet.

But
'zero earnings' does not mean 'meaningless'.

Rather, this period when the numbers aren't showing up might be the time to face
'what I really want to do'.

Also, I have come to think that trial and error is important. Because I believe that

everything I have struggled with
will be useful to others.

The 'dialogue' with ChatGPT is the first harvest

AI isn't just a convenient tool that gives you answers.

It is like a mirror that gives me
'a chance to rethink'.

• Do I really want to write about this theme?

• Am I lying or exaggerating?

• Am I properly picturing the faces of the people who will read this?

It is a reliable partner that encourages such 'self-reflection'.

Actually, for this Episode 8,
the draft the AI provided initially had a passage that said

'I received a one-yen donation'. But that is not a fact.

Even if it sounds good, for me, it would be
a lie.

So, I quit.

I am currently searching for the 'path to monetization' on my own two feet while writing articles on note,

• What kind of topics will resonate?

• How should I write to move people's hearts?

• How can I create a flow using SNS and banners?

I am testing these things one by one.

AI × Middle-aged/Senior × Side Hustle──
I hope to become a 'teacher' in this field someday.

To that end, I am walking the path first, without pushing myself too hard and without lies. Even if I fall, I will turn the occasional pain into a
story.

Even a note that isn't making money has value.
