Introduction: Action Declaration

I have now
written my own business book.

And now, I will have an AI read that book,
summarize it, ask questions, and create a knowledge map.

——That is the
experiment of "reading a book with AI" that I am starting.

Why a self-authored book? Explanation of the background

"Why did you write a book yourself?"
You might be thinking that.

The reason is simple.

✅ There are copyright issues when having an AI read existing business books
✅ It is difficult to freely extract or rearrange content from existing books

In that case,
I should just write a "book for AI to use freely" myself.

Based on that idea, I wrote a book summarizing 10 business principles needed in the AI era,

"10 Business Principles Starting with Questions".

What will I be doing in this note?

In this note,
while publishing each chapter of this self-authored business book little by little,
I will conduct the following experiments.

👉 Have AI create a summary
👉 Have AI create a "question list"
👉 Have AI pull "related information"
👉 Deepen thoughts while "bouncing ideas" with AI
👉 Create a "knowledge map" with AI

Not just reading, but
experiencing "thinking reading" together with AI.

It is a practical project for such a new reading method.

This project is for those who
"want to keep learning even while busy"
"want to connect knowledge to action"
"but don't know where to start"

—This is a practical record of "thoughtful reading" in the AI era, aimed at you,
a business professional in your 30s or 40s.
It is a record of practicing "thoughtful reading" in the AI era.

You read books, but they don't lead to action.
You can't apply knowledge to your work.
Even though you are learning, you still feel uneasy.

To address those concerns,
by adding AI as a "sounding board,"
we will walk together through the process of building your own "knowledge system."

What you will gain from this project

In this series,
rather than just leaving it to AI,
I will also reveal the process of how to accept the answers returned by AI,
and how to re-question and deepen them within yourself—
that process itself will be made public.

Turning AI from "just a convenient tool" into
a "partner to think with."
