Things needed for a time to heal and fulfill your heart⏳.
Hello everyone✨ I am the illustrator Marumori Happa🍀
Today I drew something like this✨

You might not use candles at home very often. Perhaps only when sticking them into a birthday cake... Some people might use them for aromatherapy, but it's hard to use them if you have small children at home, isn't it.
I love drawing these candle holders, and since candles themselves can change shape and the flickering of the flame has a tremendous healing effect, I love both looking at them and drawing them😌✨
When you want to take a breather, even if you are busy, for just 10 minutes, I highly recommend watching videos of flickering candles or bonfires, even if you don't use real fire✨
Try dimming the lights in your room a little and watching them for a while, or calming your mind with the flickering of the flames while drinking tea or coffee, or while smelling an aroma.
Apparently, there are scientific benefits to this as well.
I looked it up a bit, so please take a look: ⁂:・゚:・゚⭐︎:・゚*: ⁂:・゚:・゚⭐︎:・゚*
1. 1/f fluctuation
The way a flame flickers follows a rhythm called "1/f fluctuation." This is a rhythm found in nature, the same as the murmuring of a stream or the interval of a heartbeat, which guides brain waves to alpha waves, an indicator of a relaxed state, and has the effect of relieving stress and tension.
2. The light properties that stabilize emotions
Promotion of melatonin secretion: The warm-colored light of a flame does not hinder the secretion of melatonin, the sleep hormone, and helps you fall asleep smoothly.
We are in the second half of the week.
Everyone, please take care of yourselves and cherish your mind and body*: ⁂:・゚:・゚⭐︎:・゚*
I am currently in the process of creating a world to take you all to a world of healing for the Valentine's Day event on February 14th✨✨✨
Please come and visit on the day😌🌹
