I had a health checkup and a bone density test👀
Good morning☺️
Thank you so much for all the likes💓 and for adding my posts to your magazines🙌💕
I am filled with gratitude m(_ _)m

The other day, I went for my annual health checkup. The receptionist at the clinic🏥 gives instructions on how to prepare verbally, but there are so many steps that it's like taking a dementia test... it's hard to remember💦
I would really appreciate it if they could just print it out and hand it to me😅
The first thing I had done was a mammogram and a cervical cancer screening at the gynecology department.
Having my breasts squeezed tightly vertically for the X-ray was so painful!😖
They even squeezed my chubby belly and told me to 'please suck in your stomach'🤣
Once that was finished, I went down to another floor as directed, where I had a blood test, height and weight measurements, waist measurement, blood pressure, vision test, medical interview, hearing test, chest X-ray, and an electrocardiogram. I skipped the barium swallow test for my stomach, but I did opt for a bone density test.
Since my friends of the same age and my sister have been getting shorter, I was wondering how I was doing.
The results are
⬇️

I actually had it tested on my right heel first.
The number was so high that the person in charge must have thought it was a mistake, because they said, 'Please do it again on your left heel'... so I had it measured twice, once on the right and once on the left🙄
By the way, the female staff at my company said they only had to do it once.
My right heel was [122% compared to people of the same age, and 101% compared to young people]! (◎_◎;)
My left heel was [111% compared to people of the same age, and 91% compared to young people].
I chuckled to myself, thinking, 'The bones🦴 inside my body are those of a young person'👍( ̄▽ ̄)
I was curious about what the results were when I checked several years ago... so after I got home, I rummaged around and found my old test results... I found them!
I guess I've been checking about every 10 years~

I'm surprised I kept that!😙

Compared to the measurement 9 years ago, [it has dropped from 121% to 111% compared to the same age group, but it has risen from 79% to 91% compared to young people👀]
As for my right heel, it was currently [122% compared to the same age group and 101% compared to young people], but since the right heel was over 120%, they didn't give me a paper for it (I'm not sure why)
Of course, my height hadn't shrunk either👍
Osteoporosis requires treatment if it falls below 70%, so please be careful, everyone.
I was happy to see that the results of my diet and exercise have been clearly showing up in ways I couldn't see because I've been keeping them up for such a long time😆💕
Oh, maybe it's genetic🧬. My father had strong bones🦴 too😅
I'm happy that the inside of my body is getting younger and younger💕
I wish my brain was the same way too🤣
