[Project Participation] What I saw when I turned my note into a movie | Living my own light.

Writing is living my life.
A record of days spent lost, shedding tears, yet still looking forward.
All of it becomes a light that illuminates someone else's tomorrow.

Living my own light.
― Toko's note, a journey of life ―

To my past self, thank you.
To my future self, it's going to be okay.

I want to tell the me from back then that
I can truly live as myself.

This is the story of a woman returning to be the "protagonist of her own life."

Individuality | Inner conflict | Human connections | Parenting | Work style | The power of writing | Rebirth and hope

Original work: Toko's note
Screenplay/Director: A story that stays close to your heart
Cast: To all the "me's who were once lost"

Surely, a light will shine in your story too.

Spring 202X
ROADSHOW

It feels like something has started, doesn't it? (lol)

In an article by tukisan whom I follow, I saw an interesting project called "Turning your own note into a movie," so I tried it too.

Entrusting the words from the notes I've written so far,
and having them shaped into a single poster.

When I threw it into ChatGPT, it created such a wonderful poster for me.

Even though I tried it on a whim,
when I saw the finished product, I was momentarily speechless.

What was there was
things I couldn't express well,
emotions I had gone back and forth with many times,
and the very time I spent writing despite it all.

Rather than "how I have lived until now,"
I felt like I could see "what remains regardless."

It's not neatly summarized,
and there are no clear answers,
but I have certainly come this far.

That kind of feeling.

Looking at my note in this form,
I was able to keep some distance,
observe my own journey,
and I wanted to praise myself (lol).

I am grateful to tuki-san for giving me the opportunity ♡

When I tried it, I gained confidence in my activities
they wrote in their impressions, and

I feel like I was saved by this single word ”activities”.

Just a hobby?
A way to kill time?

I realized I had been brushing off writing notes like that somewhere along the way.

Even if I'm not a professional, and even if it doesn't make money, I felt very positive about continuing to enjoy it with my head held high as my own "activities."
