[Bali Girls' Trip #3] Impressed by the exquisite spare ribs! Enjoying a night in Bali at Iiga Warung Sunset Road 🍖🔥

For our first dinner after arriving in Bali, we went to the famous spare rib restaurant, 'Iiga Warung Sunset Road'!
We enjoyed hearty local food in a calm, brick-walled interior.

🍖 1. The signature dish! Melt-in-your-mouth spare ribs

The one thing you absolutely cannot miss when you come here is the spare ribs, slathered in homemade sauce.
They are so tender that the knife slides right through, and with one bite, the flavor of the meat and the sweet and savory sauce fill your mouth. They go perfectly with the side of French fries, and they were so delicious I couldn't stop eating!

🍳 2. The classic Balinese Nasi Goreng is also exquisite

Another dish we had was Nasi Goreng topped with a large fried egg and chicken.
The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned with just the right amount of spice—this is the true taste of Bali! It's fun to dip the accompanying shrimp crackers (krupuk) into it, and the portion size is very satisfying for a single plate.

🍹 3. Great atmosphere & papaya juice

The restaurant has high ceilings and warm lighting, creating a lovely space. Even though it's located along the busy Sunset Road, the charm is that you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
We ordered papaya juice this time. The rich, gentle sweetness unique to the tropics was the perfect combination with the robust seasoning of the spare ribs!

• Flavors that suit Japanese palates: The sauce is exquisite, so even those who aren't fans of spicy food can enjoy it with peace of mind.

If you want to eat a hearty meat meal in Bali, you can't go wrong with this place!
