This time, voting will be based on a speech!
If you register in advance, you get 1 vote.
If you vote after the speech on the day (online), you get another vote.

From there, 2 people out of the first 4, and 2 people out of the latter 5 (I am in the latter group!) will advance to the final vote, and for the final 4-person speech, advance votes are not included; the two people who will go to the final are decided by the number of votes after the final speech!!

This is probably the first time in my life I will be giving a speech in a setting like this.

I had 77 votes in the preliminary round, but there are people participating in the repechage round who had over 400 votes in the preliminary round!
Even if I give it my all, I am taking on a world-class challenge that is far beyond my current abilities!!

It is a speech with slides!
Thankfully, I was also able to connect with someone who will look over my presentation practice through an introduction!! I will have them look at it the night after tomorrow!!

Now, it's time to create the slides and the speech manuscript!!

Therefore, I will stop updating my note daily until 11/16 and will switch to irregular updates for now!
Regarding work, I will quit by 3/10. For now, I am maintaining the status quo.
Writing the book is impossible within this year, so I aim to finish it by the end of the fiscal year!!
