So I started a 5-minute solo live broadcast with NO listeners

Benefits

• Basically, no one listens, so it's not embarrassing (if you don't keep the archive)

• You might need to self-regulate, but you can talk about whatever you like (it doesn't matter at all if it's not interesting or if you can't speak well)

• For some reason, there are precious people who listen occasionally, so it makes my heart race

• If you keep the archive, you occasionally get likes, and it feels like you're being supported

• It's good practice for talking

• By speaking, you use your brain and muscles (prevention of aging and dementia)

• It might be a new way to play even for those who are not good at socializing

I think there are even more if I were to list them out

I do it for 5 minutes, but I think 1 minute or 10 minutes would also be fine, and
it might also be interesting to challenge yourself to see how long it takes until a listener appears

Disadvantages

• I am taking this seriously, but if I judge it calmly, it might feel empty

• There are none at the moment, but there might be people who post slanderous comments

• If you want people to listen, it won't last unless your talk is interesting

• 100 times is quite a high difficulty level, so you might get discouraged

At the moment, I can't really think of any disadvantages

As I wrote in my previous article

If you are being followed, you will be found out via notification when you start a live stream, so the difficulty level increases

Conversely, it might be interesting to use that to play around with your followers
