MoneySmile✨ Member Introduction!🤩
The Money Smile Research Institute, a non-profit organization currently in the process of incorporation.
Or MoneySmile✨ for short!
As I mentioned the other day,
this is an NPO that definitely would not exist without note.
I might just not know about it yet, but are there any other NPOs that were established with friends met through note?
Could we be the first one?😁
After all, out of 19 regular members, 13 are noters!✨
I doubt you could find another NPO in the whole country with such a high ratio of noters.
The introduction has been long, but I will now introduce the founding members in Japanese alphabetical order by their note names (^^♪
**
1. Cami-san
Cami-san, who always speaks in a gentle voice. She works daily on activities to spread "Zero-Second Thinking," commonly known as "Zero-Tre!"
This Zero-Tre is effective for organizing thoughts and finding mental calm. It might even be applicable to "children's money education"😁
2. Kumi-san
Kumi-san, who always radiates kindness from head to toe.
Her positive attitude of facing herself and wanting to continue growing overlaps with the image of MoneySmile that I hope for—a desire to move forward, even if just a little bit at a time😊
3. Keiko-san
Keiko-san is very well-known in the world of note. Supporting people to "live happily and abundantly" is exactly what I want to work on at Money-Sma!😁
With a career ranging from nursery teacher to end-of-life advisor, her desire to support not only her own life but also the lives of others with all her might is a huge inspiration to me as well.😊
4. Soya-san
Soya-san is an active nursery teacher and also a toy consultant. Believe it or not, he lives in the town next to mine, and we even hang out together in real life!😁
One of the things I want to work on at Money-Sma is developing toys that are useful for financial education. He is an incredibly reassuring ally!!😊
5. Nito-san
Nito-san lives in Nagoya, which I could call my second home. After working as an elementary school teacher, he is now involved in supporting students who refuse to attend school.
Among the people I met on note, he was the very first person to support my "children's financial education" project.😊
He is a very important partner who thinks together with me about what we can do for children!😁
6. Hatasen-san
This is truly an encounter that could only happen in the world of note. Hatasen-san is participating from Hokkaido. It's amazing that he is an active vice-principal while also proactively working on so many things!
He has a solid sense of self, and I have a feeling that I will have more opportunities to consult with him on various things in the future.😅
7. Fumi-fumi-san
Fumi-fumi-san is currently working as an intern at an alternative school. She created the magazine image for my "Financial Education Magazine"!😁
She is also active in markets, and I am very much looking forward to seeing what kind of chemical reaction will occur between her and Money-Sma from here on out!😊
8. Minami-san
Minami-san is working toward the dream of building a school! Her tone is gentle, yet you can feel her strong will.
We have already held an "Money Education" seminar online through Minami-san's connections😁 I am sure that she will continue to be involved in the core of MoneySma's activities while achieving her own dreams!✨
9. Momo-san
I can say that without Momo-san, I wouldn't be where I am today! She is the person who sparked the creation of this NPO.
We met on note, she introduced me to Coaching Place, and from there, I had many encounters😊 Every time I talk to Momo-san, I feel the mysterious nature of our connection(^^♪
10. Yuzu-san
Yuzu-san has even published a book titled “A high school graduate couple raising children normally, and all 3 children were accepted into national universities” herself.
I feel that when we explore the essence of children's money education, we will surely need Yuzu-san's words😊
11. Yuri-san
Yuri-san works for the secretariat of an international robot competition. She is a professional in NPO management and also took on the role of guiding the establishment of MoneySma this time!😁
She is a reliable and indispensable partner for the practical aspects of our future operations, such as essential fundraising!✨
12. Yoko-san
Yoko-san is an FP like me and a professional in household budget management. She also has another side as a "Goat Activist"!😁
It's not just our common ground of being FPs and loving animals... she is a precious partner whom I want to be right at the center of future MoneySma operations(^^♪
And finally, me, Pepeshi😁
What do you think?😆
Even though we are an organization for financial education, we have been able to gather people from various industries.
This is exactly the kind of organization I was hoping for!
This is because I believe that children's financial education cannot be established with only people from the financial industry like FPs.
FPs can provide 'financial literacy education,' but they cannot provide 'money management education.'
In fact, the learning required to obtain an FP qualification does not include 'how to spend money' or 'how to earn money'😅
As long as we share the same core goal of wanting to support children's futures, that is fine.
I hope that each person will contribute to promoting 'children's financial education' by leveraging their own careers, strengths, and interests.
I could never do this on my own.It is far too much for me.
There is only so much one FP can do.It is quite limited.
For example, these topics have already come up.
'Children's financial education might need to be based on developmental stages, not just age groups.'
'Not only that, but it might also be necessary to consider the family's economic situation...'
These are not all things that have easy answers.
In fact, there are many things that have no clear answer.
Even so, what is important is to "keep thinking."
By leveraging the individual strengths of these founding members, I hope we can gradually accumulate know-how on "money education" that will be useful for the healthy growth of children.
"Financial education" is necessary, but for children, "monetary education" comes first.
If "financial education" is the tree that blooms with large, magnificent flowers, then "monetary education" is the nutrient-rich, solid ground it grows in.
Both are necessary to support children's dreams and futures, but I would like to start by focusing on monetary education (^^♪
Although we are still in the process of applying for incorporation, the "Specified Nonprofit Corporation Money Smile Research Institute" is an organization based on this philosophy.
If you would like to talk to Pepeshi directly,
If you have a request for a seminar (whether in-person or online),
If you have ideas for toys or board games that could be used for monetary education,
If you would like to help out with something,
Or if you would really like to work with us,
If anyone is interested, please feel free to contact me using this form😁
