I have created the 'Purpose' section for the NPO articles of incorporation😊
Well, I feel like I've finally rounded the third corner toward establishing the NPO corporation😁
Since I am establishing a corporation, I naturally have to create 'articles of incorporation'.
'Articles of incorporation' are a rulebook that records the 'fundamental principles' of the corporation.
For example, in the case of an NPO, things like this are recorded:
Corporate name
Location
What it does and why it does it
Types of members, how to join, membership fees, etc.
Officers at the time of establishment and their duties
Operation of general meetings and board meetings
Management of funds
Fiscal year, etc.
And within these articles of incorporation, the most important backbone is the 'purpose,' which states 'what we do and why we do it'.
This is likely a very, very important part where I need to summarize my thoughts so far as concisely as possible.
Honestly, I went through a lot of trial and error😅
Initially, I wanted to include a sentence like this, which I also introduced in my previous post.
To ensure that all children can smile and manage money well, we will create a system where both parents and children can learn together and support them
However, it seems there are rules for how to write the 'purpose,' and this kind of composition doesn't seem to work😢
It seems unavoidable that it ends up sounding stiff😑
After much thought, I have probably rewritten this more than ten times by now.
And, finally, it has come together in a way that feels right, so I would like to share it here as soon as possible.
Since there is still a little more time before the formal establishment application, if you have any opinions or feedback, please do let me know (^^♪

(Purpose)
Article 3 The purpose of this corporation is to provide financial education support services, both in terms of knowledge and mindset, primarily to minors and their parents or guardians, to promote human resource development projects related to financial education, and at the same time, to contribute to establishing financial education as an academic discipline and encouraging its inclusion in compulsory education, thereby contributing to the dreams and future of children.

Hmm...
Personally, it ends up being a style of writing that I don't like at all, but this is how it turned out when written to sound like articles of incorporation.
If I were to write it in my usual Pepeshi style, it would be:
We will provide financial education for children and their parents (guardians).
We will value not only financial knowledge and skills but also the connection with the heart.
We will train people who can provide financial education.
We will properly systematize financial education into an academic discipline.
We will work to have financial education incorporated into compulsory education.
And we will support the dreams and future of children!
Taking things that can be said simply and intentionally using difficult words to make them sound complicated.
It really doesn't suit my nature 😆
By the way, the 'corporate name' is very important for external purposes.
Currently, I am struggling with it immensely😆
Thank you very much for reading until the end.
If you'd like, I would be very happy if you could give me a like, follow, or comment(^^♪
