Sending a "thank you to myself this year"—how wonderful!

The reason I think it's wonderful is that
if someone who read YeKu's article
even for a fleeting moment
let go of past hardships, anxieties about the future, and present struggles

my entire body.

Brain, eyes, nose, ears, mouth, lungs, stomach, intestines, hands, feet, heart.

There are even deeper organs, too.

Not a single one of them is something I could do without; they are all precious.

I say thank you all the time, but
saying it and having it be felt are different things,
so I will say it again.

The idea of thanking my body
is something I learned from a book recommended by a dear acquaintance,
so it's not 100% an original idea,
but when I realized, "Oh, I haven't thanked the existence I want to thank most!"
