The 'Rin' blend is ready [What kind of story is this coffee]
Smooth and easy to drink. And a gentle scent of jasmine.
Calm, elegant, and with a dignified presence.
That is the kind of blend we have created☕️
The first What kind of story is this coffee brought to you by TABBY’s in 2026 is here👏✨
【Rin - Journey of Morning Dew and Sunset Glow】
Actually, this 'What kind of story is this coffee' has a little extra special touch.
We have blended it primarily with a type of coffee you may have heard of before, called 'Geisha'☺️
◆ Ethiopia Geisha Jasmine G1 (Natural) → A unique bean with a gentle, ephemeral quality like jasmine and black tea. ◆ Ethiopia Chelbesa G1 (Natural) → A refreshing flavor like peach, berries, and sweet lemon tea.
Let me take a moment here to introduce you to Geisha.
The Geisha variety was discovered in 1931 in the village of Gesha, Ethiopia👀✨ It is called Geisha because it is named after this location.
It is considered a rare variety because it is delicate, susceptible to disease, difficult to cultivate, and has a low yield.
It became famous in 2004 when Geisha from the Esmeralda Estate in Panama was highly rated at an international competition. Since then, it has been loved by coffee enthusiasts around the world and has established an unshakable status.
While Panamanian Geisha is generally more widely known, this 'What kind of story is this coffee' uses Geisha from Ethiopia, the birthplace of the Geisha variety. Ethiopian Geisha is characterized by a flavor profile close to the original species, with floral aromas and fruity notes.
This blend offers a refreshing drinking experience with the jasmine aroma typical of Geisha and an elegant, tea-like aftertaste. Please experience its clean transparency for yourself✨
When you start drinking, you'll notice a tea-like top note centered on the Geisha, and as the temperature drops, refreshing fruits will come to greet you one by one🍊🫐🍋🍯
Rather than when it is piping hot, you can feel the fruit-like sweetness and acidity more clearly when the temperature drops a little.
This is a cup I would especially like those who say 'I don't like coffee because it's bitter' to try at least once☕️

We are currently accepting pre-orders♪ For those who want to enjoy it easily, we also have drip bags☕️
It is also recommended as a first step into Geisha coffee~✨
