Homemade Dog Food Recipe / "Mackerel and Komatsuna Brown Rice Bowl" Nutrient-Packed Menu
Hello!
I'm Pu, a canine nutritional manager, also known as the "mom" of Mogu Mogu Monsters (^^)/

This time, I'm sharing the recipe introduced in the official Mogu Mogu Monsters YouTube video [MoguMon #03],
a homemade meal using mackerel cooked until the bones are soft
How to make Mackerel and Komatsuna Brown Rice Bowl
.
This recipe is a staple menu that supports the daily health of my own dogs.
It is a dish that is easy to digest and absorb,
and is perfectly balanced in nutrition✨
🍽 Features of this recipe
★High protein, high calcium: Mackerel cooked with bones
★Vitamin & mineral replenishment: Komatsuna, fish meal, ground sesame
★High-quality fats: Olive oil + natural mackerel fat
★Improved digestion and absorption: Made with soft-cooked brown rice
This recipe is also recommended for those aiming to maintain their dog's health,
improve coat shine,
and boost their immune system.
Keep it up easily with meal prep🐶🍚
You don't need to make something different every day for homemade dog food.
In fact, "daily changing meals"
are a heavy burden for both dogs and people.
★Owners → Stressed by daily cooking
★Dogs → Prone to upset stomachs due to changing ingredients every time
That is why I recommend meal prep!
If you cook thoroughly once a week and freeze in small portions,
daily preparation is as simple as just defrosting.
Rotating ingredients
on a "weekly basis"
is also gentle on a dog's body and just right.
Furthermore, this makes for
"Easy to continue" + "Gentle on the stomach" = The ultimate meal habit
.

🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the brown rice
Soak in water for a day to ensure it is fully hydrated
Use extra water (about +50cc for 5 cups) to cook it soft
2. Prepare the mackerel and soften the bones
Remove the head and internal organs, then rinse quickly
Fill a pressure cooker halfway with water and heat on high pressure.
Once pressurized, reduce to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes if the mackerel is large.
3. Mix the brown rice and mackerel.
Flake the fish including the bones and mix with the brown rice (ensure the bones are completely soft).
4. Add the komatsuna, ground sesame seeds, and fish powder.
Lightly boil the komatsuna and chop it into small pieces.
Mix everything together thoroughly.
5. Add the olive oil.
Add it after the food has cooled down to preserve its nutrients.
6. Storage
Portion into single servings and freeze.
When serving, thaw in the refrigerator and serve as is, or add hot water to enhance the aroma.
For those who want to try it for just one day first
