Capture it even in a home garden. Macro photography to capture pumpkin flowers dreamily
A little sun found in the field
When I went to the field in the morning,
a pumpkin flower was blooming large.
The vivid yellow
is as if the morning sun was trapped directly into the flower.

Usually,
"It's blooming again today."
A scene I would pass by with just those words.
But when I pointed a macro lens at it,
a completely different world was spreading there.
Inside the flower, there is another world
When I peek inside the flower,
soft downy hair.
Stamens stretching out three-dimensionally.

Petals covered in morning dew.

The fine texture that I didn't notice with the naked eye
starts to look like a completely different plant.
Even though it's a flower I see every day,
there are new discoveries just by getting closer.
This is what I love most about macro photography.
Morning dew is a gift for just a moment
On this day, there was still morning dew left.
Drops of various sizes on the petals.
When they catch the morning sun,
each and every drop starts to shine like a small jewel.

As time passes,
a scene that will disappear with the heat of the sun.
That is why,
I am very happy when I encounter such a morning.
Nature looks the same,
but it shows me a different expression every day.
Vegetable flowers are also excellent subjects
When people hear "flower photography",
many might think of roses, sunflowers, or hydrangeas.
But I
also love the flowers of vegetables in the field.
Because they are flowers that I have cared for every day
and watched grow,
"You bloomed for me."
I feel like I can capture even that joy in a photograph.
Not just the harvest,
but I can also enjoy the time until they bloom.
I think that is the unique charm of a home garden.
Familiar scenery is still full of treasures
Even without going to special places,
in the garden,
in the field,
or near the house,
there is scenery at my feet that I haven't noticed yet.
A macro lens
is not for taking pictures of distant spectacular views, but
"The excitement right beside you"
is a lens that lets you feel that.
Today again,
the pumpkin flower in the field
let me take a new shot.
That is why I
want to continue to capture the changing seasons
in the field, within a small world, in photographs.
