Holding a Community Meetup to Connect with Peers in the 'Courage to Share' Community!
One month has passed since the 'Courage to Share' community began.
Including the preparation phase, I have spent an incredibly intense amount of time.
・What kind of events would make our members happy?
・What kind of projects do everyone want?
The owner, Mr. Sueyoshi, and the management staff have been discussing and deciding on various things like that.
This time, it was a meetup for the members.
Despite it being a weekday night, 23 people participated!
Thank you very much ^^
今日は発信する勇気コミュニティの交流会に初参加。みなさん自分の気持ちや感情を大切にしてる人たちなのでとても心地よかったし話しやすかった!まだ話足りないくらい!!開催ありがとうございました😊#発信する勇気

At the meetup, Yukorin, who planned it, set the topics for us.
We shared our thoughts based on those themes.
We set the Zoom breakout rooms to about four people each and repeated 10-12 minute talk sessions three times.
Since we talked with different people about the themes each time, we were able to hear about each member's current situation.
・I am writing to heal myself
・I want to write more seriously now that I am being read
・I am worried about what to write
・I started posting on a new social media platform
There is no good or bad in these situations.
I believe it is important to honestly share your current situation.
So, we all put our heads together to brainstorm ideas for solving problems.
At one point, we laughed out loud at an idea that exceeded our expectations.
When you are posting alone, your perspective tends to narrow, and you might end up leaning toward negativity.
By borrowing the power of the community, you can sometimes get out of that quite easily. Talking to people really leads to new discoveries!
I wondered, why was it so harmonious even though everyone was meeting for the first time?
I had that question, but perhaps it is because we all share the same foundation of posting or wanting to start posting, so we can empathize with each other.
I am a member of the management staff for the community, but I am also someone who continues to post. Yes, my perspective is the same as the members'.
Perhaps that is why there is so much we can understand about each other, and it was a learning experience for me as well!
Moreover, I received this feedback regarding the community.
The Hatsu-Commu is such a comfortable place to be!
Participating in events always makes me feel warm and fuzzy!
I'm so happy to hear that.
The great atmosphere is all thanks to the members who participate!
The meetup was very peaceful, and I had a fulfilling time.
With Yukorin's love-filled hosting, I was able to talk with peace of mind!
Thank you very much.
The second workshop by Hiroomi Sueyoshi will be held on the next date, Thursday, October 3rd, from 8:00 PM.I am looking forward to it.
I had various realizations at the previous workshop, so I'm already excited to see what kind of discoveries I'll make this time!
Let's enjoy expressing ourselves in the 'Courage to Express' activation community.
