For this year's Eho-maki, I used the "5-Type Sushi Topping Set" ordered from Tsumagari Shoten @tsumagarishouten 😋 Seafood Eho-maki!
It arrives frozen!
It includes 5 types: stick-shaped tuna for tekka-maki, salmon, boiled shrimp, rolled omelet, and salmon roe!!
I moved the shrimp, salmon roe, and rolled omelet to the refrigerator the day before, and thawed the salmon under running water! You can roll the tuna sticks while they are still frozen!!
I added cucumber 🥒 and shiso leaves myself!! It's great as is, but you can also add your favorite ingredients if you like 👍👍
All that's left is to roll it! I also added a little mayonnaise where the shrimp and cucumber were 😋
You can make about 10 rolls!!!
