"I feel madness." The reason why that comment made me the happiest.
Episode 8 of "Allen-sama's Theater of Beauty Run Wild" has been released.
This time, the project involved having Atsuko Hashiyasume come to my home to introduce my daily life.
The most common reaction after the broadcast was,
"Too much of an otaku."
"I feel madness."
These were the comments.
On the show, Allen-sama, Chinatsu Wakatsuki, and Emiko Kawamura also asked me repeatedly,
"Aren't you betting too much of your life on liposuction?"
But to be honest, I thought that was normal.
The biggest topic was that I keep about 20 liposuction cannulas at home.
Of course, these are not things actually used in surgery.
They are for reviewing the day's surgeries and practicing so that I can handle the cannulas freely with both hands.
The broadcast also introduced that I keep disaster prevention goods near the entrance, use double blackout curtains with additional blackout tape, and manage my nutrition with about 20 to 30 supplements every day.
To me, all of these are an extension of my work.
Previously, my mentor, Dr. Kazuki Ueda, taught me,
"Even if you acquire the world's best liposuction technique, it means nothing if you are dead."
I still cherish those words.
Therefore, disaster preparedness and health management are both part of my job.
And I realized something once again.
My life revolves around liposuction.
Go to work.
Study in the study room.
Review surgeries at home.
Head to work again.
It is a cycle.
Because I am someone who experienced a failed liposuction as a patient and even went through revision surgery, I keep thinking, "There might be a better way."
There was one comment that left the biggest impression on me.
"I feel madness. But if I were to entrust my life to someone, I would want a doctor who does that much."
These words made me truly happy.
I will continue to pour my entire life into liposuction and keep learning so that I can provide better medical care to my clients.
