My eldest son is very popular. How does he interact with the outside world?
Hello!
I'm Rion, raising two boys who are developing at their own pace.
To make parenting feel a little easier.
To help you reclaim yourself by forgetting about work, parenting, and housework, even for just a short time.
That is the motto I use for my posts!
This time, I'd like to think about why my eldest son is told so often by the mothers of his classmates, "My child says they like your eldest son." Why is he so well-liked?
Please relax and enjoy this post as well.
He can say thank you
At home, when he is mentally stable, even just after I've made a meal, he'll say with a big smile, "Thanks for making dinner!"
If he does this at daycare too...
He's going to be popular. No one feels bad when someone says thank you with a smile. Unless it's an extreme case... haha.
People you dislike? I don't have any!
That's right.
No matter how much he clashes with kids he has trouble with, he still likes them.
He admits that he dislikes the trouble itself, but he doesn't say he dislikes the person involved.
I've never been able to think that way, so I think he's amazing as a human being.
I want to know what's going on in his brain that he doesn't dislike the other person to that extent... I want to learn from him.
Friendly
Really, unless it's an extreme situation, he smiles at strangers too.
He initiates greetings, waves at people regardless of where he is...
He even smiles and stares at strangers sitting next to him...
As a mother, I worry he might get caught up in some incident...
Summary
He is basically always smiling.
He also remembers what his friends like and surely offers words like "It'll be okay."
That might be why he's so popular.
Since we are moving in the spring and his environment will change, it is highly likely that it will be harder for him to show those good qualities...
He is already feeling mentally fragile about the environment changing... though that is part of his original nature.
I'm sure once he gets used to it, we'll be able to see his wonderful, smiling self again.
Thank you for reading again this time.
