Announcement of Art Exhibition
My daughter's painting will be exhibited at a charity art exhibition.
Held in May at TIERS GALLERY in Omotesando, Tokyo
It is the "Go Gray in May Campaign 2026: Exhibition of Angels' Paintings."
This exhibition is a
charity project aimed at supporting research into intractable pediatric brain tumors such as DIPG/DMG. Works by children who have faced these illnesses will be gathered from all over the country.
As one of them,
my daughter will have her painting exhibited.
The paintings left behind by these children
are filled with their own time and thoughts.

"Sunflower"
This is a piece she painted while undergoing her first hospitalization for radiation therapy, just as the world was entering summer vacation. The hospital room was air-conditioned, and she could barely feel the season outside. Even while in the hospital room, she felt the summer scenery in her heart. That time is captured in this painting.
I hope that through these works, you can feel the presence and thoughts of the children.
