7 Donuts I've Actually Loved Buying, Recommended by a 15-Year Online Shopping Veteran
Hello everyone.
Today, I will introduce the donuts I have bought so far that I really loved.

1. ZENB Donut 2 Types 8 Bags (Original/Cacao)
ZENB is a brand I've used before for pasta.
I bought these donuts for the first time, as I had been curious about them.
They are sooooo delicious!!
Usually, foods conscious of being "healthy, low-carb, or diet-friendly" are inferior to regular ones, and you often just have to settle for them... but these donuts are a different story!
They are incredibly delicious!
Both the original and cacao flavors are tasty, so if you are buying them for the first time, I highly recommend the 2-type pack.
Both the aroma and texture are gentle. It feels like a waste to eat too many at once, so I will enjoy them carefully.
It's also great that the cardboard and the paper used as cushioning have an original design and are cute (^^)
Each one is individually wrapped, and the expiration date is printed on each, so they are also good for sharing.
I've become an even bigger ZENB fan. They are on the expensive side for donuts, but I will definitely buy them again.
2. Kitagawa Seika Old Fashioned Chocolate 1 piece x 10
Although it says frozen, they are actually fine at room temperature, and the distinct, crunchy texture unique to old-fashioned donuts is still there, and the sweetness was just right; I enjoyed them very much.
Whenever I think of them or want a light snack, I microwave them for 10 seconds—though it's not officially recommended—so I keep buying them. They are delicious.
When I was using the co-op (Pal System), I ordered them every month. Since I can no longer use Pal and moved to an area far from Aeon, I bought them here. Even with 10 in a pack, they disappear in no time. They are delicious even without going to a certain donut shop. I love all the flavors, including this one and the Pon-de-Ring style.
3. Kitagawa Seika Pon-de Donut Chocolate 1 piece x 10
You can easily eat Pon-de-Ring style donuts by letting them thaw naturally. They aren't sold at supermarkets, so this is a discovery unique to Amazon.
They are chewy and perfect for a 3 PM snack. You can move them from the freezer to the fridge, or if it's cold, just leave them out in the room.
I recommend these for people who want to eat them but don't have a Mister Donut nearby.
I put them in the fridge before leaving for work in the morning and eat them when I take a break at night. I wonder if I'll gain weight, haha... but they are soothing (^^)
4. OKARAT Chewy Veggie Ring 10 Bags
These are sweets with reduced sweetness that you can eat without guilt.
Hearing that they contain carrots or molokhia might make you think they have a distinct taste, but in reality, there is almost no vegetable flavor (at a level where you wouldn't know even if told), and I was able to enjoy them thoroughly as sweets.
However, be careful, as they are honestly dry if you just let them thaw naturally in the fridge.
Just microwaving them for about 20 seconds at 600W makes them surprisingly chewy, like something completely different.
They become surprisingly chewy (lol).
They aren't oily and have a light texture, making them perfect for a light breakfast or to satisfy a small hunger.
If you keep them stocked in the freezer, it's convenient to be able to prepare them quickly even on busy mornings.
The sweetness felt quite restrained.
It was a bit lacking for me, so I ate them with honey.
My son said maple syrup is better.
They are the type that truly show their potential only when warmed up, so please definitely don't forget to microwave them.
5. Sennenya Delicious Donuts 20 pieces
They are delicious without being as overly sweet as dagashi (cheap candy) donuts.
The expiration date is 2-3 months, so they are helpful as a substitute for morning bread when I forget to buy some, or as a snack.
Since the expiration date is printed on each one, you can also use them for gifts or distribution (^^)
After searching for snack donuts on Amazon and buying these, I learned they are popular at Costco, but I had never seen them at the Costco store...
The box is also cute, so it's helpful that I can just leave the whole box out. I plan to buy them regularly again.
6. Mini Manhattan (8 pieces)
The size is smaller than the "real" Manhattan, but I think the taste and texture can be said to be the same as the real thing.
The point of evaluation boils down to this one thing: "You can buy Manhattan, a mysterious bread that is effectively limited to Kyushu, via mail order."
Even a small amount is delicious and satisfying. It goes perfectly with black coffee.
A crunchy texture with chocolate.
Delicious.
7. Komepan Gluten-Free Koshihikari Rice Flour Chewy Baked Donuts (5 Varieties)
The shelf life is long, but the instructions included with the product say to "consume as soon as possible."
This is because they contain no preservatives.
To eat them, thaw at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then toast for a crispy outside and a fluffy, chewy inside.
They were even chewier than I imagined! They almost stretch when you bite into them.
With the plain flavor, I felt it lacked sweetness at first, but as I chewed the chewy texture, a gentle sweetness emerged—it was delicious! It's not the sweetness of sugar, but... what could it be?
I sampled all the varieties. They were all delicious.
