Introduction to Non-Competitive Management Course

Hello. This is Fumi Tai.

I have been running a design company for over 30 years, and I have also managed restaurants and salons for about 20 years. Currently, I support owners of small companies, shops, and clinics in branding so that they can be chosen without having to compete.

This is an announcement for the Introduction to Non-Competitive Management Course being held on the night of Saturday, March 21st (valid for one week).

What exactly will you be talking about?

Will it be useful to me?

I think some people might be wondering this, so I would like to write a little about that.

What is non-competitive management?

If asked, I would answer that it is a business style where you enjoy working with customers and staff who resonate with the unique value that leverages your own characteristics. That is how I answer.

However, since there is no fixed mold or framework,

I thought it would be easier for people to visualize if I introduced actual case studies—that was the original reason I decided to hold this course.

Therefore,

I am planning to focus mainly on introducing the latest case studies of non-competitive management, but I thought of something else just before the event.

Recently, as I am about to turn 65, people have been showing interest in the fact that I have somehow managed to keep working for over 30 years (since I started my business), and I have been getting asked things like

“How do you get work?”
“What do you do to attract customers and get repeat business?”

Since I am being asked these things more often, I am thinking of talking about those topics as well.

Even though I have been running my business like a tightrope walk since I started, with no idea what my sales would be like one or two months later, I am thinking of talking about how I have somehow managed to keep going, based on my own analysis. (I wrote “analysis” to sound cool, but please don’t expect too much, as it is just a theory of what it might be).

So, I will be holding the “Introduction to Non-Competitive Management Course” on Saturday, March 21st, starting at 8:00 PM.
