[4th Item] Preparing Racket Data
I also want a miniature racket.
Since I'm going to the trouble of creating an articulated figure, I want it to be able to hold a racket as well.
I thought about it a lot, but
rackets are difficult to make, so I decided to purchase the data.
(Because preparing the real thing, taking measurements, and modeling would take up too much man-hours)
I purchased racket data for a Federer model on a certain 3D data site. Here is the data I purchased.

It would be great if I could just output this data directly to a 3D printer, but...
I tried outputting it to STL and loading it into slicing software.

I will fix the data in Blender.
The problem is that there are parts where the polygons are just surfaces (no thickness).
I will check each object to see if there are any surface objects and fix them.
From the object's edit mode,
"select" -> "select all by trait" -> "non manifold"

This will select the edges without thickness.
I will fill these edges with polygons using the F key and so on.

I am now able to output to an STL file cleanly. 😊
Please like and follow as well. 🥺
