Hello!
We are ohana, an organization based in Hyogo Prefecture that supports children with illnesses and their families.

Starting today, we would like to share our activities, introduce our members, and talk about little daily events little by little here on note.

First, I would like to introduce myself, as I am an operating member and also serve as the representative of ohana.

"The reason I started support activities"
To be honest, I started these activities because I was going through a tough time myself and wanted to find value in my own life. I wanted to find a meaning to my existence.

At that time, I remembered a child who fought against childhood cancer and passed away when I was in the pediatric ward as a child.
Back then, there were no facilities for sick children to stay or children's hospices like there are today, so many children had no choice but to spend their final moments in inorganic and closed spaces.
"So that even if they are ill, they can spend time like children"
"So that they can feel they are not alone"
With those thoughts in mind, I launched ohana and have continued our activities.

"Hobbies"
My hobby is music!
I started playing the piano at age 3, and I was also in a music club during my university days.
Until I entered university, music supported me as a way to vent my emotions, but meeting my music club taught me the joy of delivering music to someone and sharing sounds with others.
For me, music is like a friend who is always by my side, no matter what!
