note is so much fun!!

It has been 9 days since I started writing on note.
Now that I'm actually doing it, I find it incredibly fun to put my thoughts into words!
Is this what they call a beginner's high?!
It's so much fun that I'm already worried that this feeling might fade away eventually.

The reason I started was because I read "Writing Habits," as I wrote in this article.

I realized my dream of wanting to become an essayist, so I decided to just try writing something for now.

There are probably many techniques, methodologies, and mindsets involved, but if I start thinking about those, I won't be able to do anything, so I'm just going to write. I'll build a writing habit. I'll get rid of the resistance to publishing.
I can learn all those other things along the way. Being slow shouldn't be all bad. Being slow allows me to converse with my own feelings, check in with myself, and properly choose what I truly need.

There is something I have wondered about since I was in my 20s.

If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today? If the answer is no for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

Steve Jobs

I wondered, does a person like that really exist in this world? At the very least, I was nowhere near that.
But now, I have a feeling that this is it! Even though it's only been 9 days into my 1-month writing habit challenge. I think if today or tomorrow were my last day, I would still post my feelings and end it that way. Just writing every day is fun, and every time I get a notification that someone liked my post, I am moved. I get so moved that I tear up once every two or three times. Seriously. People might think I'm weird, though.
I worked in sales for about 5 years at the company I joined as a new graduate, but I never felt this way even once during that time. Not even once. Well, of course, there were painful times and fun times, I grew, I made irreplaceable friends, and I believe I contributed, so it was a fulfilling time. That is certain. And I am very grateful for having established my foundation as a working professional. But even so, I never felt a thrill that shook the depths of my heart.
However, in this past week, having written and published on note for the first time, I have had that moment many times over. Taking the step to write down my thoughts. Having people read what I wrote. And even having people press the 'like' button! That fills me up from the inside, and I tear up with gratitude. My level of happiness is insane. I feel like I might be unable to move from the euphoria.

Of course, there is a lot of anxiety. I want to earn an income as an essayist! But when will that come true? Should I get a job? I also feel like blaming myself, wondering what kind of flighty things I'm saying at 34 years old. But, but, even so, I have finally found what I wanted to do, which had been missing for so long!

Currently doing a 1-month writing habit challenge.
The topic for today, the 9th day, is 'Something that made me cry recently'.
