"Oshikatsu 20" Book Review Contest Held!

Submission Period: October 27 - December 1, 2024

Submission Format: note (text, photos, videos, illustrations, audio, any format is acceptable)

Prizes: The Grand Prix winner and two Excellence Award winners will receive a signed copy of the book and a review of their review written by the author (even for non-text works, a review of your submission will be presented).

About the Contest

On October 23, 2024, my debut work, "Enjoying Oshikatsu 20 Times More: The 15 Years I, an Alternative Music Fan, Spent Trapped in the Group Idol Swamp and the 20 Secrets I Learned," was released. Yay!

Happily, it has remained in the top 10 in the Amazon music book category since the 25th. Thank you for buying and reading it.
However, it is my selfish wish that I don't want the book to be something that is just bought and read and then forgotten.
Therefore, I would like to hold a book review contest for this book.

Writing a review, not just for books, can significantly increase your understanding of the work. I wanted you, who read my book, to experience that as well.
However, if I call it a "review" (kansoubun), I thought only those who can output in text would be able to participate. So, although this is titled a "Book Review Contest," participation is not limited to text; you are welcome to output in any format, including photos, videos, illustrations, or audio.
However, please post it in a note article.
And don't forget to add "#Oshikatsu20Review" when you post.
That is the condition.

Next, regarding the duration, it will be for a little less than a month, from today, October 27 to December 1, 2024. Submissions made during this period will be eligible.

And for the prizes, we will present signed copies to the Grand Prix winner and two Excellence Award winners. Furthermore, I will write and present a review of the work you created. To confirm where to send the prize, I would appreciate it if you could follow the "Sakae, oboeteite kure" X account, and also follow the note account for the contest results announcement.
The results are scheduled to be announced around December 28.

Length, brevity, skill, or lack thereof do not matter. Please output what you felt and thought after reading it. If possible, I am waiting for something that will repaint the image of my book.
