Opening the Door to Manufacturing!! Welcome to FactorISM

At Akiyama Sangyo, we are currently working at full capacity to prepare for the factory event 🌻 held in October,FactorISM! As part of this, we collaborated with a kids' cheer dance team from Shijonawate to hold a demonstration of our 'Sandblasting Experience Session'.

In preparation for the event, we repeatedly checked our tools and created prototypes,
thinking through various things like, 'How can we make this experience more fun and safe?', 'What is the best way to display the steps so they are easy to understand?', and 'How should we handle the neighbors?'. We moved forward with our preparations while considering all these aspects.
From preparing step stools so the children could reach the machines, to incorporating exciting elements into every step of the process, and even providing treat rewards, all of our staff put their hearts into it. 😊

And then, the day arrived—
The children tried even harder and more seriously than we had imagined,
and our staff were moved by their efforts. ✨
Seeing their faces full of smiles as they held their finished creations, we truly felt from the bottom of our hearts that it was worth doing.

Furthermore, a few days later, we received some incredibly cute thank-you letters from the children,
and we were deeply touched, feeling wrapped in warmth. 💌
