What I've done in my 4 months since starting a business

what do I actually do every day?

So,

what I've done in my 4 months since starting a business!

Focusing on attracting customers

[Achievements in 4 months] 11/22 - 12/22

・note followers: 1,343 (+202)
・note articles: 92 (+20)
・Total likes: 4,576 (+1,188)
・Total views: 18,183 (+5,127)

・X followers: 129 (+27)
・X posts: 436 (+98)

・YouTube subscribers: 3 (+3)
・YouTube posts: 3 (+0)

[*Update could not be confirmed... records only up to November]
・stand.fm (radio) followers: 26
・stand.fm posts: 93 (+19)
・Total plays: 1,151
・Total likes: 893

Newsletter articles: 56 (+20)
▶Because they increase and decrease.

Paid notes: 3 (+0)
▶Because they increase and decrease.

As an unknown newcomer,

・note follower count: surpassed 1,340!
・note total views: surpassed 18,100!
(Of which, total views in one month: over +5,000!)

Isn't it a good result
that I was able to achieve this?

It was a month where I focused entirely on attracting customers.

Also, regarding changes on note,

even on days other than the first day of posting,
people are looking at my past articles

It feels like it has
increased.

Failures
・stand.fm account migration
➡ The account migration didn't go well...
　I ended up being unable to
　do marketing (crying)

　I can still post from my PC,
　so while I can't see comments,
　I can check likes and letters.
　
　I'm looking forward to your submissions ^^

Improvements
・Surveys

I started conducting surveys upon registration.

・I want to know more about what customers want

Based on the surveys,
I started sending out individual videos.

I started this with the hope that
・I want you to know how I work
・I want you to feel closer to me

even just a little bit.

And then...

・I want to live like Nuko-san!
・I felt like this was my own instruction manual.
・I'm interested in writing!

I received such heartfelt feedback like that.

How many hours do I work a day?

My work time is about 2-3 hours a day.
This is what my recent routine looks like.

To be able to attract this many customers with just that
is a great result, and I have proven for myself
why this is called a highly reproducible business.

As this article says,
content business is
a long-term game.
