What it means to create on the internet.

Yes, my creative work started in the middle of the night.

When my child was born, during the time I was putting them to sleep.
They were a baby with a very sensitive 'back switch,' so I couldn't put them down easily and would lean back on the sofa while holding them. With nothing to do, I would just scroll through my smartphone.
In the middle of the night, it was a time when only the light from the smartphone in my right hand felt like it was connected to the outside world. I would read writing by someone on the other side of the internet, empathizing with essays and novels, or seeing different worlds.

There are books, movies, and music. There is all kinds of entertainment, but creative work on the internet surely reaches people differently.

The internet doesn't care about time. It doesn't care about place.
Words that I happened to encounter, special only to me. There are times when you need someone's writing to get through the night.
Those few lines can even change someone's path.
Creative work on the internet has a charm that is 'special only to me,' as if it breathes life into you and expands your world.

As I read more, I gradually started writing myself. While writing, I made connections with various people, and now here I am writing again. It's fun.

We are launching 'MidnightInter'.

Artists I met while creating on the internet.

Working while making time to create.
Writing because I decided to, not because of anyone else.
Continuing because it's fun.

Perhaps people like those decorating for a school festival until the very last minute before school ends.
People like that are gathering to make 'MidnightInter'! (Which leads to the conversation at the beginning... It's not the erotic kind!)
It is a literary doujinshi that is like a school festival for people who enjoy creating on the internet.
