I participated in the Dream Consultation Room Exciting Dream Chat Meeting!

Hello everyone! This is Yoshiyuki, the paper counselor.
This time, it's not an article about a 'compass for life,' but it was such a wonderful chat meeting that I wanted to share it with you all.

On Saturday, July 16th, I participated in the 'Dream Consultation Room Exciting Dream Chat Meeting'.
There were some people I had already interacted with on note, and others I hadn't.

The theme this time was for each person to talk about a book they recommend, and through those stories, I was able to understand everyone's personality and philosophy very well.

I feel like there were many stories that really resonated with me.
In our daily private lives or at work, I don't think there are many opportunities to have conversations like this, are there? (That's how I felt, at least.)

I was already aware that the creators on note are of a high caliber.
Talking directly with such people and realizing, 'Wait? You have the same thoughts as me!' happened many times, and I was very moved.

I'm usually quite busy on weekends and rarely have time, but for some reason, I was free this time.
Perhaps this wasn't an 'incredible coincidence,' but something that 'was meant to happen.'
I am grateful for this wonderful connection.

By the way, regarding books, I talked about 'It Will Definitely Work Out!' by Hitori Saito and 'The God of Gratitude' by Seikan Kobayashi.

The content of my talk was something like this: Self-sacrifice might be good for the other person, but it has the potential to drag those close to you into it as well. That leads to not valuing yourself. When I say 'value yourself,' some people misunderstand the meaning and imagine it means 'doing whatever you want,' but that's not it... (The words that followed came to me while I was thinking about how to convey this during company training; I will share them in a future article of mine.) Also, the fact that humans are the only ones who possess the trait of feeling happy when they help someone who is in trouble and are thanked for it—I talked about how I want to make good use of this to lead to a better life.

It was a two-hour session that flew by, but it was a very meaningful and heartwarming time.

Keiko-san from the Dream Consultation Room, Kumashina-san, Yuzu-san, Poo-san, and Mamanosuke-san. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful opportunity!
And to everyone who participated, thank you for your heartwarming and wonderful stories!
I am truly grateful for these wonderful connections. I received love, hope, and courage!

For those of you reading this article, why not participate if you have the chance? I highly recommend it!
