Over 100 local governments have launched official note pro accounts, and the charms of various regions across the country are being shared on note every day.
For Creator Fes 2022, we wanted to help people feel those charms even more closely! With that in mind, we decided to hold an event where we provide drinks recommended by local governments for you to sample while writing on note.
While tasting a little bit of unique drinks from all over the country, you can write a note introducing your favorite drink, or try your hand at an article on a theme you've always wanted to write about...
This is a "session to write on note while tasting delicious drinks recommended by local governments."

1. Shimokawa Town, Hokkaido
Shimokawa is a town with a population of about 3,200 located in the northern part of Hokkaido. It has almost the same area as the 23 wards of Tokyo, and about 90% of it is forest. We have been provided with craft gin liqueur "EZOUSAGI" created in such a nature-rich place, utilizing local regional resources.
"EZOUSAGI" is a handmade drink that is a collaboration of specialty fruit tomatoes, honey, and Sakhalin fir.
Created with the hope of becoming a catalyst for dialogue between people with different values. We will serve "EZOUSAGI" in your choice of either mixed with soda or slowly savored on the rocks.

2. Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture
Tsuruoka City is a city with a population of approximately 130,000 located on the Sea of Japan side of Yamagata Prefecture. Situated within the vast Shonai Plain, much of which is rice paddies, delicious rice such as "Tsuyahime," "Yukiwakamaru," and "Haenuki" is grown there. We have been provided with sake and wine produced in Tsuruoka City.
In particular, we have a tasting set of the popular sake "Hakuro Suishu" and "Jusui" along with their brewing water, and the white wine "VestitoTerre" created through a collaboration between active ANA cabin attendants and a Tsuruoka winery. These are visually beautiful drinks that you can enjoy with your eyes as well.

3. Niigata Prefecture
Blessed with the sea, mountains, and rivers, Niigata, a famous rice-producing region, is known for its many exquisite sakes. Niigata sake, brewed from water derived from melted snow and high-quality rice, is said to come from the prefecture with the highest number of sake breweries in the country. From Niigata Prefecture, we have been provided with sake "ARATA Junmai Daiginjo," "SHIROKIMONO IWAU," and "Kamosu Mori".
"ARATA Junmai Daiginjo" is a Junmai Daiginjo made by polishing the highest quality Yamada Nishiki rice down to a 40% rice-polishing ratio. It is a premium sake with a limited production of 200 bottles, crafted with a focus on aroma and taste.
"SHIROKIMONO IWAU" is a sparkling sake that combines the umami of sake with a bubbly sensation. SHIROKIMONO is said to be a sustainable sake that produces no waste, and is a brand that can be marketed especially to overseas audiences.
"Kamosu Mori" will be provided in three varieties: Junmai Ginjo, Junmai Daiginjo, and Junmai Daiginjo-Yamada Nishiki 40, all as "namazake" (unpasteurized sake). Since they will be delivered in their newest form, let's enjoy the fresh taste of sake that has just been brewed and bottled!
Each of these sakes has different characteristics and ways to be enjoyed. I would love for sake lovers to taste these precious unpasteurized sakes!

4. Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture
Tomi City is a town with a population of about 30,000 located between Ueda City and Karuizawa. It is characterized by a comfortable climate throughout the year, thanks to its good sunlight and low precipitation. From Tomi City, we have received the popular craft beer "Oh! La! Ho Beer" and wine produced in Tomi City.
"Oh! La! Ho Beer" has won numerous awards at the International Beer Cup, the Japan Asia Beer Cup, and more. With popular varieties like Raiden Kannuki IPA and Captain Crow, many craft beer fans are sure to be familiar with it... please look forward to it!
Reading this note in advance might make Oh! La! Ho Beer taste even better!
Also, Japanese wine has been popular recently. Tomi City has a climate suitable for growing wine grapes and is attracting attention as a production area. Let's enjoy wines born from unique, small-scale wineries!

5. Ama Town, Shimane Prefecture
Ama Town is an island town with a population of about 2,250 located off the coast of Shimane Prefecture. It is an island rich in nature, with the entire island designated as a national park, where you can see beautiful seas and a sky full of stars at night. Ento, a lodging facility for the Oki UNESCO Global Geopark that opened last summer, is also a hot topic.
From Ama Town, we have received the sake "Junmai Ginjo Shokyu no Utage", which is beloved as "the go-to drink for parties!" "Junmai Ginjo Shokyu no Utage" is a sake brewed with "Kairyo Omachi" sake rice grown in Ama Town and "Amakawa water" from Ama Town, characterized by its smoothness and depth of flavor. Let's enjoy one of the finest sakes in the Oki Islands!

6. Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture
Shunan City features the islands of the Seto Inland Sea and the vast Shunan industrial complex on the seaside, and rich nature in the mountains. It is a town with unique tourism resources where you can feel the harmony between industry and nature, such as famous pufferfish, octopus, and conger eel, as well as rich hot springs, history, and factory night views.
From Shunan City, we have received popular brands from three sake breweries in the city: sake "Harada," "Bochozuru," and "Kanenaka", as well as craft beer "Sky Hop Brewing".
Reading articles about the appeal of the craft beer "Sky Hop Brewing" and the sake "Harada" in advance will make the day even more exciting!

7. Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture
Shimada City is located in the central part of Shizuoka Prefecture, a peaceful town with sprawling tea plantations. It is one of the leading tea-producing regions in the prefecture. For about five years, the city has been promoting itself with the brand message 'Shimada City Green Tea Project,' aiming to be 'the city that loves green tea the most on Earth.' There are also plenty of tourist facilities where you can enjoy green tea!
From Shimada City, the city of tea, we have received the green tea 'Green Ci-Tea No. 4 Deep Steamed x Strong Roasted Aroma'.
We also received a wonderful message: 'Since this is an event featuring alcohol, we would like to provide No. 4, which has a deep, eye-opening richness, as a way to help sober up, prevent hangovers, and show care for the health of all our attendees.'
