From city branding, migration and settlement, education, to industrial promotion, we have concluded agreements with local governments for various purposes and are working on projects to solve regional and school issues through information dissemination.

Examples of collaboration with municipalities
Ama Town, Shimane Prefecture
note and Ama Town concluded a partnership agreement on April 26, 2022. Taking this agreement as an opportunity, a note director was appointed as an information dissemination advisor for Ama Town.
We are comprehensively supporting Ama Town's information dissemination, involving everyone from local residents to related populations as contributors to energize the entire town.

We held consultation sessions and workshops for over 10 organizations and schools on the island that utilize note.
Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture
note and Sakai City concluded a partnership agreement on May 15, 2024. We started the "Sakai City-ness Caravan," where young people related to the city act as writers, and launched an owned media on note to disseminate the charm of the region.
note supports operations by providing note pro free of charge and training citizen writers.

Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture
note and Yokosuka City concluded a partnership agreement on August 29, 2023. We launched the "Local Government AI Utilization Magazine", a portal site on note that collects examples of digitalization from local governments across the country using AI. note supports the operation and construction of the site.
As of May 2024, 22 local governments are participating, and each local government's AI utilization cases and know-how are being made public.

Uruma City Board of Education, Okinawa Prefecture
note and the Uruma City Board of Education concluded an agreement on March 16, 2022. All 26 municipal elementary and junior high schools in Uruma City switched their official websites to note pro.
note is also collaborating on IT literacy and information ethics education for faculty, staff, and students.

Examples of collaboration with prefectures
Niigata Prefecture
note and Niigata Prefecture concluded an agreement on July 30, 2021. We are supporting information dissemination to boost industries within the prefecture. In 2022, we held an "Information Dissemination Seminar" in collaboration with companies in Niigata Prefecture.
We are working to increase the number of people who disseminate information—including individuals, corporations, and local governments—to boost industry within the prefecture.

Examples of collaboration with prefectural boards of education
Iwate Prefectural Board of Education
note concluded an agreement with the Iwate Prefectural Board of Education on February 18, 2021. All 63 prefectural high schools and the prefectural board of education are disseminating information on note.
We built a media site called "Iwate High School Attractiveness" that showcases inquiry-based learning at each school using note's special features. note provides and builds training for faculty and staff as well as media features.
In fiscal year 2023, we held the "Iwate High School Attractiveness PR Award".
We accepted entries in five categories (Inquiry / Club Activities / Creative / Student Writer / Free Theme), and the prefectural board of education and note judged the 197 submitted articles to determine the winning schools.
The prefectural board of education awarded an educational trip to Tono High School, which won the grand prize. Three student council members visited the note office and took a course on how to write on note.

Fukushima Prefectural Board of Education
note and the Fukushima Prefectural Board of Education signed an agreement on March 7, 2023. The Fukushima Prefectural Board of Education and 99 prefectural schools are publishing content on note.
We built a media outlet called "Fukushima Prefecture Learning Information Platform" using note's special features to aggregate information published by local people, companies, and organizations that support education in the prefecture. note provides and builds training for faculty and staff as well as media functions.

Niigata Prefectural Board of Education
note signed an agreement with the Niigata Prefectural Board of Education on August 24, 2023. All 89 prefectural schools and other institutions have opened note accounts, and the Prefectural Board of Education has built an owned media site on note called "Niigata Prefectural High Schools: Creating Attractive and Vibrant Schools" to aggregate articles from each school's note.
note provides and builds training for faculty and staff as well as media functions.

note will continue to actively collaborate with local governments to contribute to solving the issues faced by regions and administrations.
