Matt's Face Washing Technique That Surprised Me More Than the Cosmetics
This morning, while watching TV, I saw the celebrity Matt and the beauty expert Kayoko Amano appearing on a show.
Matt has clear, white, and smooth skin.
Kayoko Amano also looks so youthful that it's hard to believe she is 69 years old,
and both of them are very persuasive.
On the program, they wereintroducing recommended lotionsto the audience.
Normally, I would want to buy and try them right away. However, I have decided not to change my cosmetics unless the ones I am currently using no longer suit my skin or become unavailable.
This is because I know my own personality well.
I am the type of person who tends towant to get to the bottom of thingsrather than anything else. Once I start searching, thinking, 'Maybe there is something better' or 'Let me try this next,' there is no end to it. I have become acosmetics lost soulmany times, so I am careful.
Even so, this broadcast was very interesting, and there were many things that made me think, 'I see.' Since it was such a good opportunity, I thought it might be helpful for those reading, so I will write down a part of it.
My introduction has become quite long (laughs).
First, the lotion recommended by Matt is Rohto Pharmaceutical's Hada Labo "Shirojun Premium."
"The ingredients are good," he said, and the ingredient list on the back was shown on the screen. There, tranexamic acidwas listed near the top.
Tranexamic acidis considered to have the effect of suppressing melanin production and is an ingredient often heard of in the care of dark spots and rough skin.Shirojunseems to have several types, but the recommended one was the "Premium" version.
On the other hand, the lotion recommended by Kayoko Amano is the "Nameraka Honpo" series from Tokiwa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,Soy Milk Isoflavone.
This one containssoy milk fermentation liquidand is said to support moisturizing power and the skin's barrier function, leading to plump skin. It is also said to be good for anti-aging care.
I was impressed that both are surprisinglyaffordable yet rich in ingredients.
And the thing that surprised me the most was not the cosmetics, butthe face washing.
Matt is afoam face wash enthusiast.
It is often said that foam face washing is good for the skin, but what he uses instead of a foaming net was unexpected.
Believe it or not, he uses adrainage netused in the kitchen. I was convinced after hearing the reason.
Since he uses a new one every time, it is less likely to harbor bacteria. Moreover, it is very cheap, costing about 100 to 200 yen for a pack of 30. I see; while a foaming net can be used for a long time once bought, there are times when hygiene is a concern.
Furthermore, he also put effort into the soap he uses.He shaves a solid soap with a slicerjust a little bit.The amount used per time is about 0.2 grams, so he says that is enough.
He mentioned that it also has the advantage of keeping moisture away from the soap itself, making it last longer. I was genuinely impressed.
I don't have any plans to buy cosmetics right away, but I'm glad I learned about this way of thinking and ingenuity. My writing this time might be more 'living wisdom' than beauty information (laughs). I am participating in the Amazon Associates Program.
