What I Learned from Olympic Athletes

I share things like "what I've cherished" and
"daily lessons"!

The global "sports festival" held once every four years.
Setting a goal and steadily putting in the effort every single day.
Only a very small number of athletes can participate.
The pressure of competing as a representative of Japan is immeasurable.

That is exactly why I want to support them with all my might!

It's only been a few days since the opening, but
I'll write down what I've learned from the Olympic athletes.


*Never give up until the very last moment
→ I tend to give up quickly, thinking, "Oh, I guess this is impossible..."
Sometimes giving up is important, but it's still crucial to keep a strong mindset until the end.

*It's important to be able to switch your mindset
→ I'm the type who lets things drag on and on.
Often, the answer is the same whether you worry or smile.
If that's the case, I'd rather be smiling.

*Don't forget to be grateful
→ Perhaps the goddess of victory smiles upon those who never forget to show respect and gratitude to the people supporting them.


*They worked so hard that they cried when they lost
→ If you think, "This is good enough," you won't even have tears to shed. That's why I want to give it my all! I want to keep that mindset no matter how old I get.

The National High School Baseball Championship also starts on 8/7!

I can't watch it without crying...
Let's support them with all our might too!

My children have
passed the prefectural tournament in a certain sport,
and are now taking on the national tournament!

Regardless of the result,
they have worked hard until today.
They've managed their health perfectly,
and I'm just grateful they can participate!

I want them to give it everything they've got.
