Artists Who Emigrated from Japan - Letters from São Paulo

Hello, this is Noriko Ivory.

Today, I would like to introduce the city where I live through the activities of artists who once emigrated from Japan and are also my dear friends.

For over half a century, many Japanese painters and artists have moved to the city of São Paulo in search of a new life,
and they have contributed to the art scene with their own unique and free creative expressions.

Thankfully, I am surrounded by many such artists.

Just in October and November alone, I reunited with many artists at exhibition venues,
and we shared many moments of joy together.

I would like to share a few works from the venues with you.
