Now is the time for career consultants to think about their own careers.
Yesterday was Global HR School #263.
The theme was 'The Career of a Career Consultant'.
It was a very luxurious time, featuring a talk and workshop by Sakura Chida (Ai Nakata), followed by a career reflection and live piano performance by Susumu Yamahara.

It was a very luxurious time.
'Grandfather's Clock'
'Galaxy Express 999'
'Look at the Sky'
'Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence'
Immersed in that world while wrapped in the beautiful sound of the piano.
I actually teared up a little.
Sakura's words also struck a chord in my heart.
'I want to further increase the value of career consultants, who are often said to hold a qualification that doesn't pay well.'
Even though the number of people struggling with their careers is increasing, the presence of those who can help them has not yet reached enough people.
This is something I myself feel on a daily basis.
And finally, a question posed by Mr. Yamahara.
'If there were no constraints at all, what would you do?'
Perhaps it is because we are the ones who support the careers of our clients that we need to face our own careers first.

More freely.
More lightly.
At the end, we all sang 'Tsubasa wo Kudasai' (Please Give Me Wings) together.
Yesterday, while singing, I felt like I caught a glimpse of the future.
