My name is "Gentsuki Ramen" and I have been working since the first year of Reiwa under the title of
"Evangelist of Chiyogami and Flowers". I have made a firm resolution to
"increase smiles" by doing what I can.

Since I was a child, I have loved making things and tinkering with machines.
I had two choices: to become an engineer or a science teacher.
I graduated from the university's Faculty of Science and Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Working on a computer means my dream of becoming an engineer has essentially come true.
I worked as a tutor from my university days until a few years after graduation.
Through that, I felt quite satisfied with my dream of being a teacher as well.

Meanwhile.
My uncle, who suffered from a severe intellectual disability, was hospitalized due to a cerebral infarction.
I provided 24-hour care for him.

My grandmother, who raised my uncle single-handedly, was a woman who had endured many hardships.
Since it was a long time ago.
I believe my grandmother's hardships were immeasurable.

I wanted to see my grandmother smile.
I folded origami.
I took my grandmother for drives many times and went around taking pictures of flowers.
When I shared them on social media and other platforms, they were well-received.

As a result, I received an official offer from a major event in Paris, France, and exhibited and sold my work there.
I have already been scheduled to participate again.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she passed away at the age of 93, a peaceful death.
I believe being able to go to Paris was a gift from my grandmother.

I bet my life on my grandmother's smile.
I will spend my whole life increasing smiles.
