How to Create Kindle E-books from Word: Extra Edition 1 - Vertical Writing with Denden Converter

For converting to EPUB3-compliant e-books that fully support vertical writing,
Denden Converter is recommended because it is free and allows for easy source description.
As of September 2016, tate-chu-yoko (horizontal-in-vertical) is now reflected in the table of contents.
The operation from 03:34 is no longer necessary.

To enable the "line spacing" setting in a dedicated viewer,
unzip the epub file generated by Denden Converter,

and delete the line-height description in style.css.
