FP Papa Nobita, Starting a Blog

Nice to meet you. I am "FP Papa Nobita."
I am 58 years old, living with my third wife (37) and our children aged 7, 4, and 2. Amidst the daily hustle and bustle, I spend my time at the computer managing our assets.

In fact, I have kidney cancer with multiple metastases to my lungs, and I have been undergoing chemotherapy since January 2025. Although the doctor diagnosed me with Stage IV, I feel that "the real show starts now!" and I am still looking for things I want to do.

Throughout my life, I have had many failures regarding work, family, and money. Having experienced three marriages and raising children, I have finally realized that "money is not just about numbers, but is directly linked to how people live their lives."

In this blog, based on those real-life experiences—

• Real stories about family finances

• Things I have learned through investing and asset management

• Thoughts I have had while facing illness and raising children

I will write about these things in a gentle way, avoiding difficult technical jargon as much as possible.

While this is a record for myself, I would be happy if it could serve as a small hint for those who are struggling with money or family issues in the same way.
