Cost Calculation Support System Nobishiro Food Vol.07 Regarding Reorder Point Master Input
Hello.
Now, let's get straight to the point this time as well.
First, please take a look at the image below. *This is the same image used last time.

■ This is also the first of the 7 total steps.
Master registration includes the following items.
Some are mandatory, while others are items that you can use this system without entering!
1) Unit
2) Supplier
3) Manufacturer
4) Storage Location
5) Reorder Point
6) Main Category
7) Subcategory
The [Reorder Point Master] this time must be set, as you cannot enter inventory during stocktaking if it is left blank.
It is very effective for shortening OJT for new staff, so please make use of it.
You understand that there are 7 steps, right?
This time it is [Master Registration (Reorder Point Master)]
Now, let's get started ヽ(^。^)ノ
■■ Registering the Reorder Point Master
You can enter order lines for food ingredients, etc.
- There is nothing special to note, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the support center.

- There are only two items to register: "Reorder Point" and "Display Order".
- It is fine if the display order is not set.
- Clicking the delete icon will delete the data.
- Pressing the trash can mark will erase it.

You can delete it with the delete button (trash can mark), but like other masters, data that is currently in use cannot be deleted.
To repeat, this master can be left blank while using the system. Also, this master will be linked to [Ingredients] and [Materials/Supplies].
■ As a convenient registration method, there is a way to use CSV.

When entering via CSV, you can import without entering the Reorder Point ID.
(*Some characters and symbols cannot be used)
This time, I explained the registration of the [Reorder Point Master] out of [Step 1 Master Registration].
Basically, the method of utilizing CSV is convenient, but if there are few storage locations used, you may enter it directly within the system.
That is all m(__)m
