Don't be pessimistic. Take a bird's-eye view.
In fact, even I often find myself dwelling on negative things in my daily life.
Even for events that others might consider trivial, or things that don't even concern me, I feel them as strongly as if they were my own, and after questioning myself, I often find myself with many worries.
Anyway, this is unrelated, but I've been posting consistently.
Congratulations(??)
As stated in my self-introduction, I work part-time at a convenience store. (Currently ongoing)
How I ended up working at a convenience store is a long story, so I'll save it for another time.
I have always been sensitive to human relationships, didn't even know how to maintain personal space, and have never really interacted properly with women, but by working in customer service at a convenience store and interacting with my colleagues, I feel like I've intuitively, albeit blindly, grasped the appropriate distance to keep from others (lol).
When working at a convenience store, sometimes homeless people, beautiful people, kind people, eccentric people, and customers who are the complete opposite of me—like handsome men or tall people—come in (😫🤬).
I believe that is the good part of a convenience store, for better or worse.
I think that not just in customer service, but in any situation where you interact with people, even unconsciously, becoming negative is a path everyone walks at some point. (My social circle is small, so I honestly don't know about others; this is just my perspective.)
Whether I'm at home, at university, or at work, I fluctuate between being negative and positive.
My daily life hasanxiety and loneliness as its default,
so I believe that, in return, I can empathize with people's feelings more than anyone else.
Normal people try to be positive rather than pessimistic (negative), but
no matter how positive I become, every time I wake up in the morning,
I am attacked by my default (anxiety, loneliness, negativity).
Therefore, I think it is important to try to take your eyes off the pessimistic reality for a moment, even in such times, and view things objectively and more optimistically.
For example,Osaka → Japan → World → Earth
Wouldn't it be easier to understand if you did it like that?
But even when taking a bird's-eye view, what is even more important is,
・Knowing your current location.
・Recognizing your growth process.
I think that is the case.
For that reason, I think it is important to be "abstract, objective, and optimistic."
For those standing at a crossroads in life, or those who are having a hard time "now," what is important for such people is
to sum it up in one word,
to take a bird's-eye view.
is important, I
think.
I wonder if anyone has read this far?
Thank you.
Thank you.
