I am Emisa, and I work as a 'Life Reconstruction Coach'.
Thank you for visiting!

I have put together a brief self-introduction.
I would be happy if you could read it!

I provide organizing support based on the concept of 'increasing happy families and creating homes where you can invite others over'.
Through the organizing support I began in 2023, I hope to share posts about things I have noticed and information that can help solve your problems.

Profile

Why I started note

While providing organizing support since 2023, I learned that many people suffer alone, unable to tell anyone that they struggle with not being able to tidy up.

I want to write articles that will make the hearts of those struggling with organizing feel even just a little bit lighter.

◆Self-Introduction◆
How I, Who Only Knew Life as a Company Employee, Fulfilled My Dream of 'Working at What I Love'

I currently provide organizing support both in-person and online, and through organizing thoughts, emotions, and spaces, I provide
support for women as they age to reclaim their 'true selves'.

But in reality, it was only a few years ago that I, who had always worked as a company employee, started down this path.
The journey to get here was by no means a straight line.

Tidying up is the spark that makes life shine

For me, tidying up is not just the task of "putting things away."
As you let go of unnecessary things through tidying,
a feeling of a fresh breeze passing through your heart is born.

In a space surrounded only by things that are truly important,
peace of mind and the strength to move forward naturally emerge.

A client in her 40s once told me this.

"For 40 years, I thought I was a failure because I couldn't tidy up. But once I was able to do it myself, my self-esteem skyrocketed, and every day became so much fun!"

It was a moment when I felt once again that tidying up
has the power to organize not just a space, but also your heart and confidence.

I want to be a supporter who doesn't blame you for "not being able to do it"

Thankfully, clients often tell me,
"I can trust you because you treat everyone equally."

No matter the state of your living situation, I will never judge you.
Because behind a cluttered home, there is always a person's unique life and feelings.

Precisely because there is no single right answer to tidying,
I value staying close to each person's pace and feelings above all else.

The origin is a "warm memory" from when I was in elementary school

Actually, the origin of this passion lies in my elementary school days.

I loved going to play at the house of a classmate with a disability.
There were many things and it certainly couldn't be called clean,
but it was a space where I felt safe and comfortable.

Looking back now, perhaps since that time,
I had been feeling that
"living" and "warmth of heart" are connected.

An encounter that made me want to make what I love my job

I worked in architectural structural design for 22 years.
I worked diligently and steadily in a male-dominated society.

But when I turned 45, I suddenly started wondering, "Is it really okay to go on like this?"

That was when I met someone who "works in tidying."
Seeing how happy they looked, I honestly thought, "I want to make what I love my job like that, too."

From there, I earned my certifications, and while utilizing my previous knowledge of architecture and welfare,
through in-home support, online courses, and L-Step construction support,
I am now able to work in a way that is true to myself.

My motto is 'Words can change your life'

Whether on-site during organizing or in my workshops,
I value 'words' very deeply.

A single word of encouragement like 'It's okay' or 'That's just fine'
can sometimes make someone's heart feel so much lighter, can't it?

That is why I always want to be someone who can deliver gentle, supportive words.

If you are feeling uneasy right now...

If you are currently feeling, 'Is it okay to stay like this?' or 'I don't know where to start organizing...',
that might actually be a sign that you have a desire to change.

Organizing is not just about tidying up your living space;
it is also connected to cherishing your heart, your emotions, and yourself.

'Can someone like me really do this?'
For those of you who are thinking that,
I truly want you to come to me.

It's okay. Let's organize things together, at your own pace.

You can change your life even from your 50s.
To help you regain 'a life that is uniquely yours,'
I want to be your greatest ally.

In closing

Thank you for reading this far.
I look forward to working with you in the future.
