I managed to get to the store at 3 PM on the 20th, and I thought everything would be gone, but there was still some left!

After seeing Megumi-san's article, I couldn't resist!
Yesterday happened to be Monday sale day. I used 5 chikuwa for 98 yen and 2 slices from a 7-slice pack of Meiji Tokachi sliced cheese to make it~!

Since I was able to buy a pack of cheese on sale for 108 yen,
one dish was completed for about 138 yen❣️

In our house, we season it with Ebara yakiniku sauce and add plenty of chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

In the back is a stir-fry of eggplant and ground chicken. 2 eggplants for 130 yen, ground chicken for 160 yen, 1 king trumpet mushroom for 30 yen, chopped green onions for 20 yen,totaling 340 yen

Adding up to 478 yen

Plus, we had daikon miso soup and homemade light pickles of daikon and cucumber~!

I love a good deal, so my menu is usually brown. lol And I add lots of vegetables to bulk it up~😉👌
