A 5th-grade boy composes, sings, and recites. [Participating in the Noter Children's Club]
My son, a 5th-grade boy, Seven Sword-kun, is composing poems about spring!
Seven Sword-kun loves Doraemon, Gundam, and the Nintendo Switch, and right now he's hooked on Monster Hunter👾. And, and, he spent his days happily debating back and forth how to spend his 5,000 yen end-of-term reward, and finally, on the day of the closing ceremony, he got the Gundam he wanted🥳

Seven Sword-kun took the photos himself to post on note. He kept taking burst shots😂
You took them well👏👏
He composed, sang, and recited poems about his favorite toys, games, and daily events!
[Haiku]
I want a finished Gunpla, spring
Scolded, I hid and ate strawberry chocolate
Super speed dragon climbs to the heavens, engaging in battle

He is writing about the 'Haruka' mandarin he learned about from Madonatsu-san's article🤗
A high-class! taste~~ so delicious❤️ There are so many different kinds of mandarin oranges, aren't there.

Thank you for your support🤲
For this tournament as well, in the Children's Division,
"Of course, I'm participating!"
by, Seven Sword-kun
Hehe,
I'm praising him a lot, too, Mom. lol
Also, when I told his 4th-grade homeroom teacher that we were writing haiku together, they praised him, so I think he's feeling motivated. 🤭
The time I spend composing haiku with my son is so much fun. We can talk about what he's thinking and feeling, and though I'm a doting parent, I think his choice of words is actually quite good. lol It's also fun to flip through a saijiki (seasonal word almanac) and talk about things like, "This kigo (seasonal word) is nice, maybe it's cool."
When we go outside, we find and feel the changing of the seasons, for example, saying the spring sky is bright and feels good! Or that the flowers are beautiful and it makes us happy, and that it's not about where you see them, but who you see them with that matters more, and I'm happy I got to see them with my son. It has become a communication tool for expressing our feelings.
By the way, I am also the chairperson of the Haiku de Communication Promotion Committee. 🤗 (I'm quite serious about it)
We look forward to your support for both of us in this tournament as well. Thank you very much. 💝
