Course Guide: Kakogawa Matsukaze Road Race (Updated February 18, 2024)

The Kakogawa Matsukaze Road Race takes place on the Kakogawa Minamo Road, an official marathon course located on the Kakogawa riverbed in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. The 10km division runs from the 2km mark to the 7km mark (5km) and back, the 5km division runs from the 2km mark to the 4.5km mark (2.5km) and back, and the family division runs a 2km round trip, turning back at the 3km mark (1km from the start).

Minamo Road 3km mark. The light blue bridge ahead is the water pipe bridge. You can cross to the opposite bank on foot or by bicycle.

The family division turns back here

Planned location for headquarters and other tents

I would like to secure a spot near the start/finish line(currently coordinating with other events). This green space will be the headquarters, and the road on the right is where the start line will be positioned.
