The busier the CEO, the more they move and rest. Regulate your mind through your "body"
"If you regulate a CEO's mind, business performance will improve."
This is something a professional talent stated definitively during an interview for Ude-Direct.
For a business owner to advance their business constructively, it is a major prerequisite that their mental state must be regulated. If a CEO's mind swings into the negative, they become dominated by nothing but negative and fruitless thoughts (worries), which also brings negative effects on performance.
I strongly agree with this as well.
You cannot make good decisions while your mind is in turmoil.
The problem is the methodology of how a CEO should go about regulating their mind. I believe that
what is important is "exercise," moving the body. This time, I will write about the conditioning of mind and body necessary for a CEO to make good decisions.
If you regulate a CEO's mind, performance will improve

Recently, I have been interviewing various professional talents in preparation for "Ude-Direct," and among them, one person asserted, "If you regulate a CEO's mind, performance will improve."
According to him, there are psychologically positive and negative types of worries for a CEO, and when they are positive, constructive opinions like "I want to do more of this, I want to do that" come out one after another. Conversely, when they are negative, they tend to become negative and fruitless, for example, "I have no money and don't know what to do". That is why, when the mind is negative,
first, approach the mind through psychological care such as healing or counseling. That seems to be his method.
This is something I also deeply agree with.
For example, back when my children were still small, there were days when they would run a high fever and be bedridden. Even if my body was in the meeting room,
a corner of my mind was always at home. Even if I looked at the cash flow figures, they wouldn't sink in. In such a state, I don't think it's possible to make a sound decision at all.
After all, if your mind is restless, you cannot conduct constructive management.
A CEO should always maintain a positive mental state.
However, it is difficult for a CEO to maintain a positive mental state

If you manage with a positive mental state at all times, performance will improve. It is easy to say in words, but
it is by no means easy for a CEO to put that into practice.
Management is, in a sense, a battle against miscellaneous stress.
Performance, organization, funds, society—the things a CEO must think about span many areas. In the midst of that, it is almost certain that they will harbor some kind of anxiety or worry, such as "people aren't growing" or "there isn't enough money". If the way to improve performance is to solve management issues, then such awareness of issues will likely never disappear. Also, in the first place,
many CEOs are busy. They can hardly take a break. Thus, CEOs are
always exposed to high psychological loads.
So,how should business leaders go about conditioning their minds?
This issomething I also struggle with.
Even when told that sleep is important,I often find myself unable to fall asleep because my mind is racing with various thoughts. Methodologies for approaching the mind, such as meditation, mindfulness, or chanting/writing positive words, often don't work out or are difficult to sustain.
In the midst of that, what I havefound to be relatively effective is 'exercise,' or moving the body.
'If you use your head, use your body too.'

'If you use your head, try to use your body just as much.'
This is a method I learned froman acquaintance who is a psychosomatic medicine doctor.
According to the doctor,if you only use your head a lot, your brain gets tired, you end up thinking too much, and you inevitably tend to suffer from poor mental health. They say that if you use your head a lot,you can balance your mind and body by exercising and using your body just as much.
If you use your body as much as you use your head, your mind will be conditioned.
It is an intuitive approach, butit really resonated with me.
I spend all day, working from morning till night, sitting the whole time, and if I don't do anything, my head gets completely full. In that state,it is difficult to approach the heart or mind.
That is precisely whysince I am using my head to the fullest, I also use my body a lot to find balance. Then, both my mind and body strangely feel at ease. That feeling matched me.
Now,starting with 30 minutes of personal training every day,I incorporate various exercise habits into my day. Since the load on my head is high,I assign a high-load exercise to my body and move vigorously. While I am immersed in exercise,
my mind goes blank, and I have the feeling that my head works clearly for the work that follows. The mindfulness thatdidn't work well with meditationhasbecome something I can do naturally by moving my body.
The busier the CEO, the more they 'move to rest'

Use your body as much as you use your head.
For busy CEOs, this is effective.
From morning till night, it's meetings and tasks, andthe brain is full. With the same posture, the body is stiff. If left like that, the mind becomes restless.
Worries about money and anxieties about the future just keep expanding on their own inside my head.
At times like that, focus entirely on moving your body.
It's like an image of releasing all the restlessness in your mind into your body and letting it out.
In my case, I walk in the morning. I get refreshed in the sauna. I push myself at the gym.
Rather than just zoning out and sleeping, I move to rest. I recover by exercising thoroughly.
Days spent using my head a lot.
"You can't do the job unless you go that far" is, to be honest, also true.
Management decisions made while your mind is in turmoil never turn out well.
That is precisely why, today as well, I will move my body to regulate my mind.
