We are calling for book reviews for the "#AutumnOfReading2022" contest for "The Habit of Resetting" and "Schumpeter: The Greatest Economist Who Predicted the Future of Capitalism"!
Hello, this is "Nikkei Books".
Everyone, how much have you read this year? It is getting cooler little by little, and it is truly the perfect season for reading, whether you love books or not.
Nikkei BP is excited to participate in the note book review contest "#AutumnOfReading2022"! We have selected two popular titles from Nikkei Books as our recommended reading.
Recommended Books
"The Habit of Resetting"
"Schumpeter: The Greatest Economist Who Predicted the Future of Capitalism"
*We have registered images of the recommended books in the "Everyone's Photo Gallery," so please use them when writing your reviews.
What are these recommended books about?
Here is a brief introduction to the two recommended books.
"The Habit of Resetting"
Are you currently stuck in a "bad flow"? If you feel like you are not quite yourself or are feeling irritable, there is a high possibility that your autonomic nervous system has been disrupted by the pandemic, leading to a persistent negative cycle in your mind and body. That is why a renowned doctor recommends "starting something new" and "daring to reset." These are simple yet highly effective behavioral techniques, such as adding one morning habit, changing your bedroom environment, or walking with a focus on rhythm. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who wants to feel refreshed right now.

"Schumpeter: The Greatest Economist Who Predicted the Future of Capitalism"
Unable to do new things, no generational change, incompetent people getting promoted... The way to break through this deadlock lies in Schumpeter!
Schumpeter is particularly popular among business leaders and remains relevant today because his theories are "usable." This book explains innovation by drawing on easy-to-understand examples such as Tadashi Yanai and Konosuke Matsushita. It truly is a case of "Start your economics with Schumpeter!"
