The One Habit to Free Yourself from Moral Harassment
The way of life for independent women who live by their own standards.

Do you tend to do too much for your partner or others,
putting your own feelings on the back burner?
If so, you may be falling into
“excessive self-sacrifice” without even realizing it.
Especially when you are experiencing moral harassment,
you tend to sacrifice yourself to accommodate the other person ^^;
In the past, I also lived by forcibly suppressing my own feelings
for the sake of my “company,” “parents,” and “partner.”
“If I just endure it, I can get along well with my husband.”
“If I do this, he will surely be happy, and I will be recognized!”
In other words, I had a
belief
that
I could only be recognized after I endured or pushed myself beyond my limits. But,yes, that was just a
belief
(lol).(I want to tell my past self that.)🌸 I received this concern:
“Lately, I’ve been doing so much for my partner that
I can’t find any time for myself.
I do whatever he says so as not to displease him.
Even if I’m tired, I can’t say no when he asks for something.
As a result, I’m always exhausted and have lost the motivation to do anything.
Now, I don’t even really know what I’m feeling anymore.”
Have you ever experienced this?
You don’t want to make the other person angry, and fighting or arguing is exhausting.
So, if I just endure it...
Yes, this
negative spiral
is exactly what
is convenient for a moral-harassing partner (;゚Д゚)!
But,
there is one habit that can free you from this negative spiral and moral harassment ☆
It is

✨ Acknowledge your honest feelings ✨
It is “acknowledging your honest feelings” 😊
Huh? Just that!
Yes, for now, just this ^^
The first step to escaping moral harassment is
“firmly acknowledging your own feelings”.
Most people tend to suppress their feelings.
Especially in situations like moral harassment,
you unconsciously believe (yes, it’s a
belief—I said it twice because it’s important, lol)that “the endurance and fatigue I feel are not a big deal,”
and you prioritize meeting the other person’s demands.
But it is important to pay attention to what you are really feeling
without ignoring even the smallest emotion!

✨ Cherish yourself → Increase self-esteem → Escape from ○○○○ ✨
Acknowledging your feelings is by no means selfish;
rather, it is an
important stepto understand yourself and to grow ♡If you keep ignoring your emotions, it will eventually burden your mind and body,
leading to a loss of mental and physical balance 😢
(Mental illnesses like depression or panic disorder, physical pain, gastrointestinal issues, etc.)
Recognizing your honest feelings by saying
“I see, this is how I feel” is the first step to
cherishing yourself → increasing self-esteem → escaping from moral harassment
.
Also, by acknowledging your feelings,
your communication with others will change.
For example, when you can honestly convey that you are “tired”
or “don’t want to push yourself right now,”
yourrelationship with the other person will become healthy and balanced
.
An unfair relationship is not a balanced one, right?
By expressing your feelings instead of ignoring them,
you will be able to deal appropriately
with excessive expectations and demands from others 😊
✨ Take a deep breath and ask yourself ✨
Also, it is effective to make it a habit to pause
and check your feelings in your daily life.
For example, when you are asked to do something or pressured to make a decision,
first take a deep breath
and ask yourself,“How am I feeling right now?”

Just doing that creates an opportunity to re-examine yourself
and becomes a step to break thenegative spiralof
moral harassment
where you were sacrificing yourself.
For example, when your partner asks,
“Can you do this too?”
if you notice you are tired, first accept that feeling yourself.
Then,
try telling them,
“I’m a little tired right now, so can I do it later?”
After that, make sure topraise yourself
for doing so ♡♡
If you are someone who struggles by suppressing your feelings and enduring, start byacknowledging your own feelings
.
I know some of you might say,“But it’s difficult to acknowledge my feelings or tell the other person” 😅
In such times, do not carry the burden alone; by organizing your emotions through counseling and
learning the right distance to keep from your partner,
the power to protect yourselfwill be acquired.
